About Liz
I have been doing this work for around twenty years — energy healing, hypnotherapy, coaching, yoga — with something like ten thousand hours and thousands of people behind me.
What I love most is holding space for people at their most vulnerable moments, with openness and compassion, and whatever raw emotion turns up. That is usually where the actual work is. When you change a belief inside your own mindscape, you start to see it in the world outside you too.
I built Luminously Euphoric out of my own life, not out of a textbook. The three gardens are how I got myself back, and they are how I work with everyone who comes to me.
How I think about energy
Energy moves through the body the way traffic moves through a city. There are major highways, smaller roads, quiet country lanes — the same map Chinese medicine uses for acupuncture. Put a blockade on one road and you do not just lose that road. You back up everything behind it.
You can have the most sophisticated phone ever made, and if the battery is flat it does nothing for you. We are the same, because we are energetic too. And if you have too many tabs open, everything runs slower — mental stress, spiritual stress, static you have been carrying so long you stopped noticing it.
That is what we work on. Not the symptom at the end of the road, but the thing parked across it.
On difficult feelings
This work is not about never feeling anything uncomfortable again. That is not available to anyone, and I would not sell it. It is about learning how to come back to center — and understanding why the feeling came up in the first place. Those are two different skills and you need both.
